Hi Altassian Community!
I connected my custom email to the Jira Service Desk so I can start managing tickets from Jira, but it also automatically deletes any email that is on my Yahoo inbox. Is there a way to prevent this? I'm new here so I haven't fully explored the platform yet, although I'm really grinding to learn more about it.
