Connect to JSD to my mail server

Hello, can you help me please, i cant connect JSD to my mail server. on JSD i have next error

Не удалось установить соединение. Проверьте и исправьте следующие ошибки:

ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)

On my mail server no error, when trying connect to mail server.

Please help me resolve this issue

Sounds like a connection problem.

There is nothing in your mail server logs?
