Connect JSM with Opsgenie to Statuspage (Heart attack story)

Hey there,

maybe there is a quick solution for this, but i can't find it.

We want to add Statuspage to our 20 Agent JSM plan. So JSM is running, (the now included) opsgenie is already tested and now we want to add "Statuspage" at the integration site of opsgenie. So I click and aaand:

"This integrations outgoing flow does not work as you subscription plan does not support it."

Well, I think, lets take a look how much it is.

Next page says, for our 10000 users (lol, what?) we have to pay at the essentials plan only 47900 DOLLARS per month. So yeah, a little upgrade to what we have currently.

Does somebody knows which way we have to take to get Statuspage a biiiiiit cheaper?

so do you actually have 10k users or is this some sort of odd bug happening here?

Regardless I think you need to reach out to Atlassian Support and select Billing. I don't think anyone here can resolve this.
