Hi there,

Here is the background of my question.

I am using Assets in a Jira DC environment. I would like to import users and related user information such as roles, groups, departments from Entra (Azure AD). Currently this is all I need.

Problem I face:

Using the the Assets - Azure integration app requires providing a Subscription ID. However, Azure AD (to my understanding) doesn't live within a subscription and thus I don't have such.

The built-in Jira users importer is not doing the work since I can't get all the user information I need. I would like to avoid exporting information in CSV or JSON.

Question:

Is there an out of the box solution to import users in Assets from Entra having in mind my explanation above?

Thank you very much!

I'm having the same issue, cannot find out how to get around this mandatory subscription id field which I don't have.

Did you ever find a solution for this? I am using Jira DC as well and only things I have found so far are for cloud only.
