  1. Hi i am currently working with jira service desk and Confluence and would like to create knowledge base articles from a jira ticket. So what i would like to do is when they cluck on the create an article from the jira service desk then it must populate some of the fields from a template that i have created in confluence and present it to the user. Is it possible for me to either use variables or macros to accomplish this? Thank you for any support

@Richard Teunen

When agent/user click on 'Create an article' in JSD, it'll take them to 'Create page' window where they can choose one of the templates.

You can create your own template with the fields so that they can create new articles using that template.

Below documents help you understand how to setup templates.
