Configuring the Widget, documentation outdated, how to setup login-free portal?

Hi,

I have been trying to figure out how to configure the widget but I may have some permissions that are not correct yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! 

This is the URL it redirects for help and as far as I can tell I have done these steps but can't find step 3. I'm on the free plan if that makes any difference.

Hello Logan,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

In order to use the Widget, customers need to have the ability to create their own accounts and also to send requests without logging in.

To change this setting, please, go to Jira settings > Products > Configurations:

After that, you can go to the Widget page again to save it.

Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
