I have renewed my licences for jira software and Jira Service desk
I have updated and upgraded my jira software and service desk,Licence has been updated for jira sofware but for the Service desk whenever i try to install in order to update my licence its showing me An error, that i should refer to the logs.kindly help me.

can you check the logs on your Service Desk instance at this location: <jira-home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log and paste the relevant part here ?
