Configuring Downloadable Hyperlink in JSM Form

Hi Team,

I need to configure a hyperlink in the JSM form so that when users click on the link, the referenced document will automatically download. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Could you please assist me with the solution?

If you're using Forms in JSM you can click an empty area of the form and there will be a rich text editor where you can add a link

There is no screenshot attached.  You might try creating Custom Message type field and then defaulting the value in it with the full URL starting with https://
