Configure notifications for a specific user

Hello! I need to configure notifications when a task/issue goes to the QA column, and notify it (by mail) to 1 particular user (the QA tester).

Can anyone explain me how to do it?

Hi @tpedriel - You can go about this with automation:

1. TRIGGER: Issue Transitioned (To QA status)
2. ACTION: Send Email (Your QA Tester)
   If it is expected that the QA tester is dynamically pulled from a custom user field, you can use something like this:
   1. {{issue.QA Tester Field.emailAddress}}

What have you setup to assign the issue to the qa tester? On assignment the notification will go out automatically to the specific user and the issue will be included in the users assigned to me dashboard widget view.
