Can you configure different share permissions for customers in different organisations within one and the same Jira Service Desk Project?
We have many customers from different organisations and we would like to let some of the organisations to have visibility of the requests within the organisation but for another organisations within the same project we would like to deny customers to share their requests with all customers from the same organisations.
How can we configure this?

When using Service Desk, we can configure the options to share and it will be applied to all customers in that project, it's not possible to restrict for specific customers or organizations.
Also, when a customer is added to an organization, they will see the option to share with the organization when creating a new ticket in the portal.
If a customer is not added to an organization, they won't see the option to share.
With that said, the configuration that you need is currently not possible in Service Desk. Any change to the settings on a project will be applied to all customers.
