Hi @Nam Le , First you need to integrate opsgenie with JSM if its not already done, here is the link for the integration: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-jira-service-management/.
Once the integration is done, you need to enable the On Call, Alerts and services from Feature tab of Project setting, after enabling it in the feature tab it will appear on the left navigation of the service project.
To configure on call, go through this link: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-an-on-call-schedule/
For alert configuration, go through this link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jsm-opsgenie-create-an-alert-incident-in-opsgenie-when-an-incident-is-marked-as-major-in-jira-service-management-1251410245.html
I hope the response will be helpful in configuring the set up. Thanks
Hi @Nam Le ,
If you're using Opsgenie's Free or Essentials plan or if you’re using Opsgenie with Jira Service Management's Standard plan, you can add this integration from your team dashboard only.
