Hello guys!
I wonder if there is any way to make components that can be related to the specific queue.
E.g. I have three queues: Support, Customer Service, Management. I've also created three components: Support, Customer Service, Management. What I want to achieve:
1) Ticket created and goes to Triage queue
2) From Triage queue, I put the "Management" component and press Ready for Work
3) Ticket moves to Management queue
Please do not hesitate to ask if something is not clear.

sure. basically you build your queues based upon Components
Support - Components = Support
Customer Service - Components = "Customer Service"
etc...
When agents triage an issue they will need to set the Component
