Comparison of 2 Environments

Hello,

We want to sync all the configurations, screens etc (except data) from UAT to development, can this be possible, if so please some one help us.

We are using JIRA Service Desk Version 7.0.11.

Hi Krishna,

Thank you for your question.

I can confirm that Project Configurator will be able to move all of the configuration only from one instance to another and you can find help guides on how to do this inside of the documentation page located here, along with the page here which lists all of the configuration objects that the plugin supports.

Also you can see where configuration objects are used in a report using the used by report feature which is described in the documentation here.

The used by report will allow you to compare the configuration between two Jira instances.
