Compare summary of 2 issues?

If 2 issues have similar summaries, for example ;

• Activated: Logical Disk Free Space is low : SERVER , Instance - D:
• Deactivated: Logical Disk Free Space is low : SERVER , Instance - D:

Would it be possible to auto link, and resolve them through automation?

You could probably use a Related Issues trigger with a Condition of All match specified JQL and use something like:

summary ~ "{{issue.summary}}"

I don't know if I'd completely trust the tilde (CONTAINS operator) to find issues to automatically resolve unless you'd done some extensive testing to make sure you're not closing out the wrong issues.

But for linking, it seems like it'd be safe.
