Is it possible to activate the commits made as well as any PRs made in the right panel, as is possible for Software projects (and therefore also have it on Service Projects)?

development panel should be already available on JSM projects. Isn't it?

Did u try to add in the commit message an issue key associated to a JSM project?

I found it in the "development tools" menu and activated it normally, but now it's showing up for some tickets and not for others!? What could be the reason, please?

hey @khawla ,

first of all, please check that missing commits in specific tickets has a correct issuekey into the commit message. If so, try to wait a couple of hours in order to allow jira to retrieve all commits from bitbucket.
