is it possible to have a non visible internal comment for other Jira user who have SD licence?
Let me clear this up. We have a customer XY in our Jira. He´s got SD licence but with limited permissions. He can see just one project, can´t delete others comments, and so on.. But he also see our internal comments on issue. Is there any security restriction for that?
The customer XY is separated in different role. I want him to see issue from Jira, but I don´t want him to see our internal comments on issue.

thnx for the link. Problem is, this works with Jira Core or Software. But not on Service Desk that I want :(
