Comments to issue from email reply - Better Strip Quotes

Hi,

I'm having issues with Jira service desk email handler Strip quotes. I have the Strip quotes setting on.

The issue is, when people reply to an email in outlook, it adds a new 'To, sent, CC, subject' section from the email that was sent in the first place, which gets added to the comment in Jira SD.

How can I solve this? Example here:

Can I use the 'Incoming mail' under 'Jira Settings' to solve this issue?

I have the email requests setting enabled under project settings, and am using that email as the sender for the project aswell. This is the only way I got this to work in the first place.
