Problem: Comments are only being added to the ticket via email reply if the person is on the ticket as a Reporter or request participant.
Since we often email Clients distribution groups and those groups can spread to a number of subgroups and people that we do not know, we often have no idea who will reply – and never see the comment and in the mail logs receive the error "You do not have permission to create internal comments on this issue".
As a test I set add comment permission to any one on the web as a test to no avail.
How would I set this up to work so that I don't need to know who the person is that might reply to the notification.
