Comments and History not showing in descending order

I changed the global settings to show the comments and history in desc order. But the comments and history is still displayed asc order

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, I would like to know if you are using the new or the old issue view.

If you are using the new issue view, the option to change the order of the comments is not available for this type of project. There are feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Ability to reorder comments, issue history, work logs and transition by asc/desc
• Ability to change comment order (newest at top VS newest at bottom) in the new issue view

If that's not the case, please let us know if this issue is affecting all classic projects or if it's happening with a specific one and also, if it's affecting all users.
