How to permanently set the Comments to Descend Order?

Thank you all. I shall bug our Jira Admin Team.

I am still working m y way around the New View Feature ;)

Note that with the intro of a recent change each user can control their preference. Simply click on the Newest first or oldest first in the detail issue view. It will persist for all issue and projects. It will not change the behavior for others.
