Hi @pedro.portillo.chum are you using a bookmark to access this queue?

Can you find the queue via Manage queues?

When a queue is deleted, this is permanent, it cannot be restored.

You'll need to re-create the queue with the same filter criteria.

Oui je utilisez-vous un signet pour accéder à cette file d'attente ?

Et j’ai récréer la liste d’attente All open tickets et le message est toujours introuvable.
