Well this has been a fun day. Woke up this morning to customers complaining that the knowledge base was chopping off the left margin of all articles by about -15px. For example, a H1 title of "Purpose" now reads "urpose". Not to mention that every text line beneath that is now missing the first few characters.
This happens when you have used the fixed width single column layout in your knowledge base articles.
What a great way to present your product to your end users.
Atlassian Support has acknowledged a bug and put it at low priority in their backlog.
Anybody else run into this?
And the answer is yes. See comments on JSDCLOUD-6629. So to clarify the above, if you are using the fixed width single format column in your knowledge base, are you having clipping issues, specifically along the left margin on your pages as presented to your customers? If you haven't checked, you might want to.
