Hi, we are new to Jira Service Desk. When a ticket is submitted the last screen that shows it has been submitted doesn't have a "close" or "X" to close down the last window. What the user has to do is hit the back arrow on the browser window which takes them back to our intranet home page. Is there a way to add an "X" floating or on the actual window to close the last screen?

Currently, it's not possible to customize the pages or add buttons in the customer portal. We have a feature request suggesting that instead of "Back to help center" it has the option to go back to the project they have opened the ticket:
