Close browser window after ticket creation in servicedesk

Hello,

When a ticket is created through JIRA servicedesk, a page with the information of the ticket just created is displayed.

Is-it possible to close automatically this page ?

No there is not, there might be custom built browser extensions available.

In Jira Service Management (Jira Service Desk), there is no built-in feature to automatically close the ticket creation confirmation page after a request is submitted.

Some workarounds are to use a Browser Extension like Tampermonkey (for Chrome), which can used to execute javascript that closes the window.
