Clone SD project settings from one project to another

Hello there.

I'm trying to clone classic Service desk projects. And there was an option where I can apply all the settings from an existing classic project.

And I had at least one project is a sample which would be copied. And now my list is empty. 

What could be the reason of this issue? Any ideas?

 I have two classic projects

And I can't choose any one of them as an example.

I'm having the same issue, can only see my classic software projects in the list...

Issue resolved without any actions from my side... Dunno what was that, but now it;s ok)
