we are using HeroCoders "Clockwork Free" App to track our time.
Is it possible to get the menu (check screenshot point 2) to show up by default on every issue, withouth having to click "Track time with Clockwork" button beforehand?

Please describe the case in more detail. Is the app not visible every time you open a new/existing issue? Clockwork should be accessible from the beginning. It might depend on some issue view/access configuration.
@edit - I've reviewed this case with our developers, and I would like to inform you that there is a difference between Free and Pro apps. In the Pro version, the app panel is always visible whenever you open the issue, and in the Free version, we require users to open it manually to preserve the infrastructure.
I'm going to update this information in our public documentation.
