we have JSM where automation assign each tickets to the organisation (maildomain).
The members of the organisation see all tickets. which is BAD!
I think this behaviour is however normal.
Is there any way to
1, assign the tickets to the organisation (for queuses and different projects)
2. AND allow the clients / customers to see only the own tickets.

Hi @Atlassianist I'm pretty sure this is what you're looking for. You can turn off the option hat new requests won't be shared with the organization. Here's a link to another community page with steps: Restrict Tickets to just reporter

I have checked it, we do not however have these settings in our Current JSM (DataCenter LTS) Version.
