Client want's to change his current email id & phone number for his project ID - 4508396, Project Name - Nima Tshering Lama
Current Email ID - tanima_455@yahoo.co.in
Current Phone Number- 9830478555

Hi Arunima, 

I'd be careful sharing any sensitive client information in these forums since it's public. 

Given your context, I'd follow these steps:

  1. Go to Project SettingsCustomer accounts (or search the customer directly from the portal/agent view)
  2. Find the customer by their current email (ta****_***@yahoo.co.in)
  3. Update their email — note: in JSM, customer email is tied to their Atlassian account. You may need to:
    • Invite the new email as a customer and migrate/close the old one, OR
    • If using a managed account (org admin), update it directly in admin.atlassian.com
  4. Phone number is a custom field — update it in the customer's profile or the relevant issue/ticket field

Key thing to flag: Email changes in JSM aren't always straightforward. If the customer has an Atlassian account tied to the old email, you can't just swap it — they'd need to change it themselves via account settings, or you do it via the Atlassian admin console if it's a managed account.
