Client specific documents

Deleted user June 8, 2022

Hi there,

Is it possible to have client specific documents on the customer portal? For example, could we add a document that is only accessible to a customer once they log in to the customer portal.

Customer specific documentation access should be control via the host of the documentation and not within JSM portal if possible.  If you want to use the JSM portal to control the access, then you may want to control who can access your JSM project(s).

Example - having a separate project for the specific customer groups.

Here is how to lockdown the project access -

Project settings >> Customer permissions

If a user is not added as a customer to the project, then he/she will not even see the project listed in the JSM portal, thus be able to see the documentations associated with the project.

Hope this gives you some ideas.
