Cisco telephony integration with JSD

We want to integrate CISCO telephony with JIRA Service Desk. I have not been able to find any document online. Any help would be appreciated.

I've searched for add-ons and documentation related to the integration between Jira and Cisco Telephony, but I didn't find anything that could help us.
Also, there is no feature request suggesting this integration, so feel free to create one on jira.atlassian.com on the project JSDSERVER adding more details about why this feature would be important for you and your team.
