Thanks for reaching out and I would be happy to take a look at this and see what I can offer as a solution, but I am not entirely sure what you are looking to accomplish and will need some additional context.

What do you mean by "pads" when you noted:

grasp the number of pads being processed on each step

are the pads a product you are working on as the outcome of the workflow, or are you referring to pads as a field within your issues, such as a number field that is set at a certain stage during the process?
