Changing the privacy policy Text on the Login Screen

We are Trying to Change the Text or more specifically we want to put some text before the Privacy Policy on the Login Screen.

Now is the question if it is even possible

Is the customize button available on your main portal screen? Did you try it?

yes i do have the customize button on the main Page. The only Problem Is to get to the login screen i ned to logout, if im Logged out i cant do changes on the Login Page.

Administration -> Applications -> JSM Configuration and click to View and Customize
