Changing stage to Another stage ?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Whenever I am moving RFC to another stage as shown in the Attached File, As shown in the snapshot The time should stop whenever/whoever changes the stage to ON HOLD the TimeStamp Should Stop But for somewhat reason this is happening.
Please Look into it ASAP!!!!
