Changes to notifications are not reflected

Hello!
I am making changes in the notification configuration when an incident is created, I have changed the image several times, I have put text and I even restored to the default values but the initial configuration still appears. It is worth clarifying that it is saved and activates the notification.
What I can do?

@andreaMartinez - hi Andrea! Is this still happening? Have you tried a different browser, incognito mode, clearing your browser's cache...
