Hi. I have the configuration going like this:
When a customer send me a email, it automatically create an activity in the fold "Views", but in the columna "In Progress".
I would like to change, and to put it automatically in the column "To do". How can i change it?

I’d suggest checking whether the initial status is mapped to the “To Do” column on your board. You can do this by clicking on "More options (...)" in the top-right corner of your board, then selecting "Columns", and verifying if the first status is mapped to the correct column.

Yeah after i post this questions, i searched more and i find how to modificate the columns, and the status of all the activities.

You will need to go to the View, and by using the 3 dots option, configure the view, in the options shown, use the columns option and move the status you ticket is in from the In Progress column to the TO DO column.
