We lost the domain that we used to register/create users on our atlassian account and since then we have not been receiving email notifications from our accounts.
The original domain was lexoenergy.com which was switched to lexoenergy.co.ke for business continuity.
How do we go about updating the user accounts emails bearing in mind that we can't access the older emails

Are the accounts managed or just accounts in Atlassian?
If it's the second, then every user itself needs to change their email address.
Each user should go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email and change there email address.
If you use Atlassian Guard, then claim the new domain, then based claiming the accounts should remain and the mail address changed.
