Change login email

I want to change my main login email because I no longer have access to that email. Please advise on how to change my main login email asap.

@Nancy Phields Welcome to the Atlassian community

You need access to the old email in order to make the change or you would need to managed account admin to make the change, see: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/change-atlassian-account-email-addresses-969508513.html 

Can you explain why you no longer have access to the email account?  Also is this on a paid plan that you currently pay for, you are the credit card owner?

Welcome to the community.  What do you mean email address update?  what UI that you are trying to get access into.  Are you referring to your Atlassian account?
