Change email template to show comment history

Hi

I use JIRA SD to send emails to customers. In most cases I have to reply based on a long email chain.

However when I send the respond to customer with comments, it includes all attachments in the issue as part of the response to customer in addition to the comment history. Also it copies hyperlinks for these attachments which don't work. Here's an example:

I want to get rid of these hyperlinks and have control of what files I need to share with the customer. Please help
