Hello, is there any way to change the customer portal URL on JSM? The customer channel currently directs to a customer portal address that ends in : "/customer/portal/1" yet if one click on our 'service desk' tab to get back to the first page one got taken to, it redirects the customer to what seems like the actual home page of our customer portal that ends in: "/customer/portals"
