Change Status automatically to closed from resolved using Jobs in Script runner in Jira data center

Hai team,

By using "Create Jobs" in Script runner, we need to change the status of the ticket automatically to closed from resolved.

Any Suggestions?

You can create an Escalation service Job. Set the JQL Query to the appropriate criteria and then select the workflow transition that transitions from Resolved to Closed.

Why use script runner?

You could easily achieve this with Jira automation.
