Change Evaluation Data Center install to Fresh Server Install

Accidentally choose a data center install for evaluation.  Uninstalled and reinstalled server version but previous "data center" license is still attached.  I bought a server license and am now getting this weird error.

Attached screenshots that show my license is a server license but when I paste it into my server the server says it's a data center one and needs me to but a server one?

I think it is a technical issue.  I am putting a server license ( SEE FIRST SCREENSHOT - I'm using the first on the list ) into a fresh server install ( as the screenshots show ) and the product is refusing it and asking for a server license ( see the problem? ).  It is a server license.

Can you explain the appropriate way to pursue this from a license perspective?  I think it's the software at fault here ...

@Tyler McGillon the licenses list I don't see the Software License Server. Did you try to issue one?

@Tyler McGillJira Service Desk can sit on top of JIRA Core license or JIRA Software license but can not be used by itself. You will need either JIRA Core License or JIRA Software license,

Please click here and open a ticket with Atlassian as your issue is related to licenses not a technical problem.

I can see on the screenshots that you are trying to update the license however it is not working.
