Change Anonymous to a User

I mistakenly raised some issues using "anonymous". Is there any way to correct this and add my name to the items?

Hello @Rona Jeongco , you can do a "bulk change" operation on those tickets and change the reporter.

Filters --> Advanced issue search --> project = "Demo service desk" AND reporter in (abc@test.com, xyz@gmail.com) --> Bulk change --> Edit issues --> Change reporter --> Confirm

You can also change the JQL to key in (Request-1, Request-2) if you know the issue keys or comment ~ "This issue was reported from the portal while the user was not signed into an account."

change reporter does not show up on bulk change -> edit issues
