Categorization of ticket

I want to add Domain:IT, Service: Application, Category:Excel

is there any default fields which I can use or I need to create custom fields?

Depends a bit on what you want do do with it afterwards..

 

You could just add labels or indeed a couple of custom fields

Hi @Saurav Pant 

You can try using Components field if you want to limit these categories to n options. Components have advantage over custom fields because you can use Component lead to auto assign issues to them. This can be useful especially when you want to route the tickets to people.
