Email received for external sources (from select parties) has to be automatically captured in Jira as a new issue(ticket) for better mapping and also as a reminder for timely completion of task. Tried for the integration of mail into Jira. But couldn't accomplish. Step by step guide for the same provided in Jira help, i feel, didn't help me much.
