In the Jira Service Management Data Center and Server 5.0 documentation we can see that is possible to configure Request View through admin rights to customize views.

However, even if I have admin rights, I cannot find the mentioned Customize button in the top navigation bar. Looking for someone with the same problem in Atlassian Community I found a post with exactly the same problem

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4580 supposedly add capability to Jira Service Management Server to customize columns that appear in requests list, Target for this new feature was JSM 4.21. Since we use 5.0 you should have this capability.

I have made a comment in (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Jira-SD-configuring-request-view/qaq-p/2068403#U2181406) reporting the same problema with 5.0, but with no answer.
