We have small cloud Jira for internal sync and even I hate this product I have to use it. Now its becoming real frustrating.
We did not touch anything, and I cannot close any issue.
Always ending with error as attached.
Also, this is paid Cloud instance, small, but we are on paid plan and I am unable to raise ticket for support.

No I am not able to submit the ticket. Once I fill in my URL, the screen above appear. I am not on FREE plan, but still having this message.

You don't have to file any support ticket for this issue. Atlassian has already resolved the issue
