Sorry to hear about this problem. That particular error message is telling us that there is something wrong with Jira Service Desk, but it is not exactly clear from just the info provided.
Don't worry about a different server ID for the license, they don't have to match. But Jira Service Desk Server does need to have some license applied in order to function.
I'd like to see if we can take a closer look at the log files Jira creates when it throws this first error of

You can find theses in $JIRAHOME/log/atlassian-jira.log. It should be able to better tell us why Jira can't create that project. This could be a SQL error, or it might be something else along the lines of a failed upgrade of data. There are many possible causes.
Our community site won't let you upload that kind of log file directly, so if you can post it to a service like dropbox or google drive and then share a link with us I'd be happy to take a closer look.
