Cannot read property 'errorMessage' of undefined

Hello 

Trying to reconnect email adress. The title of the message is @'failed to connect an error occurred'.The message is 'Cannot read property 'errorMessage' of undefined'.

It used to work well. Now emails do not reach Jira, but I can answer on earlyer questions.

Thank you for the details.

You mentioned that it was working before, so I would like to know if there was any message on the email audit logs.

Can you please click on View logs > Connectivity log to check if there is any other information?

What option are you using to connect (Google, Microsoft, Other)?

Was there any change on the mail client side? 

Have you tried to connect the same email on another project just to test?

Also, please, open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any other error on the Console tab.
