I signed up for jira service management (in Sept?) and created a portal located at thirdcup.atlassian.net. I am unable to get into my account and have requested a recovery email several times. the emails never arrive in my inbox. My account is associated with kenny@thirdcup.com which is an alias for my actual email address, hello@thirdcup.com.
I have confirmed that the alias address is working properly. I checked my spam folder for the recovery emails. I cleared my cache and rebooted.
How can I recover my account and ultimately transfer ownership to my primary address, hello@thirdcup.com?
