Cannot install Service Desk in 8.12

I recently installed Jira Core and Jira Software Version 8 which is in pre-release. This was necessary since I am attaching to MySQL 8 and prior versions do not support MySQl 8. I am now trying to add Jira Service Desk and cannot find it in the Applications for installation on the Jira->Administration->Applications GUI.

You'll probably need to download the OBR file from here:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213632/jira-service-desk/version-history

And then use the "Upload and Application" link here:

https://jira.example.com/plugins/servlet/applications/versions-licenses
